Job Description
  • Manage and oversee high-end residential construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and construction teams
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Lead a team of construction professionals and subcontractors
  • Comply with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Handle any arising issues or delays in the project
  • Report project progress to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
