Lead Swiss Machinist - Randstad

We are seeking an experienced Lead CNC Machinist to join our team in Westbury, NY. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating and programming Swiss Star (SV38, SR38, SR20R4, SR20) lathe and mill machines. This is a second shift position, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

Will be leading a team of 3-4 members.

salary: $72,800 - $110,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 11 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Program and operate Swiss Star (SV38, SR38, SR20R4, SR20) lathe and mill machines
Modify and troubleshoot programming as necessary
Lead and manage a team of 3-4 machinists
Ensure high-quality production and adherence to safety standards

The essential functions of this role include:

manual lifting up to 25lbs
working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
