As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, while contributing to the success of the IT team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the organization and upkeep of the office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and overall cleanliness.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents and reports in alignment with company standards.
  • Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain databases, ensuring the integrity of all information.
  • Support Functions: Assist with various administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, compiling reports, and conducting research as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Able to handle customers with respect and ensure they receive stellar customer expierence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); QuickBooks experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay: $20.00 per hour.
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
