Our poultry farming client in Winesburg, OH is looking for a Shift Manage to join their team. The Shift Manager will oversee the daily operations of a shift in the processing plant, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that departmental goals are achieved. Other responsibilities include:
- Supervise all department managers and supervisors during the assigned shift
- Oversees the processing of assigned products in alignment with production schedules, cost standards, safety protocols, environmental regulations, quality control, maintenance, sanitation, and food safety specifications to ensure maximum output at the lowest possible cost
- Establishes an efficient plant organization to ensure optimal utilization and development of employees
- Organize training and development strategies for employees
