We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a great company in the Greenville area. If you have experience coding and processing invoices, approving expense reports, working with vendors and have some ERP experience, this could be a great job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process invoices and approve them for payment
• Assist with reviewing expense reports and travel expenses - process monthly
• Maintain and update accounts payable records
• Address and resolve any discrepancies in invoices or accounts payable reports - work closely with vendors and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved timely, accurately and professionally
• Regularly monitor customer accounts
• Utilize internal ERP + Microsoft Excel on a daily basis - must be able to work in multiple systems
• Regularly monitor customer accounts
• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and operations
• Familiarity with Invoice Processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Strong Data Entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to Resolve Discrepancies

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while focusing on accuracy & prioritizing tasks
