Accounting Clerk
The temporary role will pay $21/hr.
Summary of Position: The Accounting Clerk will handle the processing of equipment sales for 31 branches. This role requires a smart, self-motivated individual who can manage a heavy flow of deals, particularly during the end-of-year period when 12-14 hour days will be mandatory.Overtime is required, including during holidays, and the candidate must be able to work extra hours without exception.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deals including calculations, warranty submissions, dealer participation submissions, and ensure accuracy in all aspects.
Coordinate and communicate with banks, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Keep up with a high volume of deals submitted by salespeople, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Qualifications:
Experience in lending or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks.
Excellent communication skills for multi-level interaction with various stakeholders.
A proactive and motivated approach to handling workload.
Position Logistics:
Work Hours: Full-time with mandatory overtime and long hours at year-end, including 12-14 hour days.Location: Onsite.
Pay: $21/hr
