Rollout Architecture - Project Leader
Our client, a architecture, engineering, planning, interior design, landscape architecture, and development services firm that brings talents and teams from all over the world together to create structures, spaces, and experiences, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Leader.
In this role, you will report to a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing daily project activities, quality control, and project delivery. You will manage all phases of projects, from design through to project closeout.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position may supervise Designers I, II, and III.
Essential Duties- Direct hands-on drawing production efforts of the project team.
- Coordinate workload with the project team and consultants to ensure schedules are met.
- Review architectural documents for coordination with all disciplines.
- Coordinate, write, and/or edit architectural specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of the project development process, including construction, retail design, site planning, structural, and MEP criteria.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Bachelors or masters degree in architecture.
- 6-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years working in commercial retail/mixed-use or multi-family housing projects.
- Licensure in architecture is preferred.
