• Communicate effectively with clients and other offices, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
• Demonstrate proficiency in typing and adapting standard letters to meet specific requirements.
• Dictate essential documents and communications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documents are filed appropriately in multiple jurisdictions.
• Create a systematic flow chart for the reception and documentation of medical records.
• Perform scanning of vital documents and ensure they are uploaded into the system accurately.
• Handle court filings in Federal, Illinois, and Missouri jurisdictions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the process in these areas. • Proficiency in client communication to ensure clear and effective interactions
• Experience with court filings to maintain timely and accurate legal proceedings
• Demonstrated ability to carry out court filing tasks efficiently
• High typing speed with a focus on accuracy for document preparation
• Proficient in document scanning to maintain digital records
