As a Customer Advocate, at Accord Carton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues related to our paperboard products.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and shipments.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, production, and shipping, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role; preferably in the paperboard or other manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
