Job Description

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing daily operations in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Driving performance improvement and business process optimization.
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in an operations leadership position within manufacturing.
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the Business Services industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent understanding of business operations and process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

• An estimated salary range of $150,000 - $190,000, commensurate with experience.
