Accounts Receivable Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounts receivable to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable tasks, including sending emails and researching issues related to outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounts receivable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently. Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot payment issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) or similar software.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities- Research and investigate issues related to outstanding receivables.
- Send professional email communications to clients regarding account balances, payment discrepancies, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any receivable-related problems.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts receivable and accurate tracking of transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of communications and resolutions.
- Assist with other related administrative tasks as needed.
