We are a fast growing boutique real estate company looking to expand our existing team of agents. The recruitment agents primary responsibilities will be sourcing licensed real estate agents that match our target metrics and scheduling interviews between the real estate agent and our head broker.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Real Estate Recruitment and ready to establish, manage, and maintain a pipeline of prospective agents.

This is a rare opportunity with excellent earning potential. We offer a very rewarding commission structure that can be extremely lucrative for the right candidate.
