• Accurately process and input data records
• Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries
• Proficiently manage email correspondence
• Maintain and organize files with diligence
• Perform calculations related to data entry tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Carry out scanning tasks as part of data entry
• Typing tasks in accordance with the requirements of the role. • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is mandatory
• Strong customer service abilities are required
• Demonstrable experience in data entry is necessary
• Familiarity with email correspondence is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also necessary
• Experience in organizing files is a significant plus
