This role focuses on maintaining safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity in the paint process for new vehicle models.
- 1 year contract
- Work schedule: 8 hrs/day. 40 hrs/week
- 12% travel
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, CATIA).
- Experience in project schedule planning and management.

responsibilities:
- Identify change points in new vehicle models and assess their impact on current processes and production.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders, including production teams, to align on process requirements and objectives.
- Leverage digital engineering tools, including CAE, 3D modeling, and rapid prototyping, to simulate and optimize processes during the design phase.
- Develop and maintain Paint standards, incorporating benchmarking and feedback from previous projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development and update of project schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Act as a liaison between the Paint team and other groups, including Planning, Materials, and Equipment teams.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including Pilot Production and other teams, to align on process requirements and objectives.
- Provide vehicle specifications and process impact assessments
- Develop and maintain planning standards and schedules for project execution.
