Responsibilities- - Oversee daily CNC machining operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Train and mentor CNC machinists on best practices, safety procedures, and new technologies.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to CNC machinists.
- CNC Programming:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM).
- Generate G-code and other machine-specific code for various CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders).
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming errors and machine malfunctions.
- Continuously improve programming efficiency and reduce cycle times.
