A Robert Half client in Herndon, VA is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive their online presence and e-commerce growth. As a key member of their team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize their website, attract customers, and generate demand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Optimization: Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to drive sales.
• E-commerce Campaigns: Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales.
• Demand Generation: Create and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales pipeline growth.
• SEO/SEM: Optimize website for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze website data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement CRO strategies.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging and SEO-optimized content.
• Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
