A Robert Half client in Herndon, VA is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive their online presence and e-commerce growth. As a key member of their team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize their website, attract customers, and generate demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Optimization: Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates to drive sales.
  • E-commerce Campaigns: Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to boost online sales.
  • Demand Generation: Create and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales pipeline growth.
  • SEO/SEM: Optimize website for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, e-commerce, and demand generation.
  • Strong expertise in website analytics, SEO, SEM, CRO, and proficiency with digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website CMS platforms.
