We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily operations. Responsibilities include managing office communications, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with project management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting.
- Familiarity with office management software.
