Salesforce Developer

ob Summary:

The Salesforce Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly applications to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Customize and extend Salesforce features such as workflows, triggers, process builder, and approval processes to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

System Optimization & Maintenance:

• Ensure the optimal performance of Salesforce applications by writing efficient, reusable code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom code, and integrations.
• Manage data migration and ensure smooth transitions between different Salesforce environments.

Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, release notes, and user guides.
• Provide support and training for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce applications.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure the platform evolves with the business.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement in business processes and recommend solutions using Salesforce.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and scalability of Salesforce solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce Data Loader, Change Sets, and SOQL.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git).
