Morgan Advanced Materials is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Performance Carbon site, a key supplier to the semiconductor space.If you have the skills and passion for driving operational excellence and supporting capex investment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- ERP Data Migration: Initially focus on validating and cleansing data from our legacy ERP system to ensure readiness for migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD 365).
- Production and Operations: Post-migration, work broadly on enhancing production and operational processes at the plant.
- Capex Investment Integration: Help incorporate capital expenditure investments into our operations, ensuring smooth and effective implementation.
- Process Maturity: Drive the maturation of our manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support the growth and development of the site, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process and beyond, supporting operational decisions with reliable data.
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 10 years proven experience in an industrial engineering lead role within a manufacturing environment.
- ERP Expertise: Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly experience with data validation, cleansing, and migration. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production and operations processes. Ability to drive process improvements and integrate new investments.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
