[ref. q26591920] Computer Network Support Specialist with Top Secret Clearance
Opportunity:
IMG is looking for a Computer Network Support Specialist to resolve issues of moderate/high complexity including, but not limited to answering phones, responding to help requests, and physical troubleshooting of equipment. Additional IT tasks of varying complexity may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have the following combination of knowledge and skill to be considered:
- Must have an active DOE Q clearance or an active DOD Top Secret. Active Secret clearance may be considered.
- Education: Bachelors Degree and two (2) years of relevant experience, Associates Degree and four (4) years experience, High School Degree and six (6) years experience
- Demonstrated record of providing strong end user support
- Demonstrated ability to articulate technical solutions and concepts through verbal and written communication
- Customer service skills, able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
- A+, Sec+ or Net+ (or similar) certification approved by the customer
Salary range 65-80k
