$165k-$170k per year (DOE)
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in New York, NY (Upper Manhattan). The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced.We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group and the primary focus of the incoming provider will be primary care. The provider must be bilingual in Spanish|English.

Duties: Patient exam|evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history|records|imaging) Annual wellness exam
Order|review diagnostic testing|labs|bloodworkDiagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
Treatments for acute and chronic conditionsDocumentation- timely and accurate
Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
Make phone calls|emails as needed or required for patient care
Medication refills as needed
Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NYPrefer a PA|NP with several years of clinical experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish|English
Schedule: Full time
Salary (range): $165k-$170k per year (DOE)
