Our client, a premier construction management company local to Bucks County, PA is seeking PA/NJ PLS Surveyor skilled in Heavy Highway and commercial surveying for their transit division!
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in surveying large construction projects and be capable of ensuring that construction work adheres to design drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Establish control points
- Efficiently use standard survey equipment
- Produce redline as-built drawings
- Conduct topographic and cross-section surveys as required
- Prepare necessary paperwork for surveying activities
- Maintain assigned equipment
- Supervise and manage other surveyors
- Coordinate surveying activities with project teams
- Utilize survey computer programs such as AutoCAD and Carlson
- Projects located in PA/NJ with sites changing every 1-2 years. Company vehicle provided!
