As an Electronics Manufacturing Engineer/Senior Technician, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of our state-of-the art electronics manufacturing and assembly line, including creation and maintenance of production documentation and work instructions, also diagnosing, repairing, programming and testing electronic products.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional local and global Operations, Research and Development (R&D) & Quality Assurance (QA) teams, to ensure required productivity, quality, safety and compliance requirements are met and related maintenance, repair and other records and reports are documented following LEAN continuous improvement principles.

What youll do
Quality Assurance (QA) inspections, fault-finding and repairs of production electronics assemblies and product field returns (RMAs), creation of QA and RMA / repair records and reports.Support, build and maintenance of electronics Manufacturing line assembly jigs, programming and test jigs and test systems.
Support and perform required maintenance and safety inspections of electronics assembly production line equipment.
Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams on DFM to ensure manufacturability of new products, then train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.
In liaison with Process Engineer, support design, development and optimization of electronics production processes end-to-end.
Your qualifications
5 years + experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Production Engineering.
Familiar with IPC Standards for Electronics Assemblies & ability to solder, rework & repair PCAs to IPC Standards.
Experience with electronic components and assembly and diagnosing circuits.
Able to read and interpret circuit diagrams Fault Finding.
Proficient with Microsoft Office package Word, Excel etc.
Sound communication skills with ability to follow clear instructions and perform a high quality of work.
