Warehouse Supervisor/Lead

Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse processes.
- Oversee the fulfillment of full orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of shipments.
- Manage and track inventory to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
- Utilize 3PL Central software to streamline order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
- Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments.
- Monitor Amazon order fulfillment and ensure adherence to Amazon’s specific shipping requirements.
- Operate a Reach Truck to move products safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
- Ensure best practices in eCommerce order management, ensuring smooth and timely shipping for online orders.
