Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker
You must have prior experience operating a sit down forklift, a reach truck, and a cherry picker for this role, as the facility utilizes all three machines. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Steel or Composite footwear is required. The pay rate is $19 per hour.
Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate with expertise in operating forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, organizing, and shipping truck parts in our busy warehouse.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks to move and organize inventory (previous experience on all 3 machines is required.)
- Accurately pick and pack truck parts for customer orders, ensuring that items are correctly identified and stored.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety of parts.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, including restocking inventory.
- Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and organization of stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience operating forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks. (previous experience on all 3 machines is required.)
- Valid state issued drivers license.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts up to 50lbs as required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to safety protocols and workplace standards.
- Steel or Composite footwear is required.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
