Responsibilities:

As part of the health care team provides pharmaceutical care with an emphasis in the designated specialty care area. Assumes administrative role and responsibility for all systems and procedures in designated practice area. Supervises workflow and personnel. Serves all patients including, but not limited to, neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

The Pharmacy Supervisor will have responsibility for the workflow and performance of our Med/Surg Unit Based pharmacists, including scheduling, payroll, etc.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED:
  1. Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  2. Three (3) years hospital Pharmacy experience.
PREFERRED:
  1. One (1) year lead or supervisory experience.
  2. Pharm.D. or Masters level degree.
  3. Previous experience in the speciality care area.
