Job Title: Project Manager – Insurance Restoration

Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of restoration projects, from initial assessment to final completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including communication with insurance adjusters, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring timely completion of the work.Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service that we are known for, ensuring that our clients’ properties are restored efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination:
o Lead the assessment of damaged properties and develop comprehensive restoration plans.
o Coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate scope and approval of work.
o Create detailed project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
o Assign tasks to in-house teams and subcontractors, and monitor their progress.- Client & Stakeholder Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process.
o Keep clients informed of project status, timelines, and any unforeseen issues.
o Maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, and other stakeholders.- Quality Control & Compliance:
o Ensure all work complies with industry standards, company policies, and insurance requirements.
o Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to project plans.
o Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the restoration process promptly and professionally.- Budget Management:
o Monitor project budgets and manage costs effectively.
o Approve project-related expenses and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.- Safety & Compliance:
o Enforce safety protocols on all job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.
o Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for team members and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in the insurance restoration or construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claim procedures, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certifications in IICRC, Xactimate, or related fields are highly desirable
