  • Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, or property viewings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
  • Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day.
