Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, or property viewings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
- Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
