We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative. We offer an exciting and fast-paced work environment where being a motivated, self starter is required to be successful in their role. We provide extensive training and development to our employees to ensure the ultimate success and satisfaction in their roles.
Our Customer Experience Representatives are responsible for working in a busy virtual service center. The role includes, but is not limited to, answering customer calls, meeting with customers virtually via video, answering emails and live chats, assisting customers with finding alternative hair solutions.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service by phone, video, and email.
- Provide sales support via educating customers vs. traditional sales tactics.
- Provide customers with expert product and hair care information.
- Book clients for, and meet with customers via virtual consultations for fittings, product recommendations and measuring.
- Identify, research, and resolve client inquiries involving product, shipping, returns, billing inquiries, store credits, or payment.
- Follow-up on client inquiries and maintain an organized database.
- Complete delegated tasks, including call logs and reports each day.
- Meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
- Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in client calls or system errors.
- Work as a team to provide accurate, efficient and highest level of service to our customers.
- Enthusiastically attend continuing education, brand meetings and training.
- Professionally represent the Beauty & Hair brand in words, actions and appearance.
- Other duties as assigned·
- Ongoing education and training is required and provided by Beauty & Hair.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 Years Customer Service experience
- Computer Experience Required
- Beauty Industry Experience Preferred but Not Required
- Cosmetology License Preferred by not required.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate organizational, self-management and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Bilingual (Spanish, /English) preferred but not required
Must be able to eligible to work in the United States of America

Salary: Average $20 - $25 an hour + bonus/commission
