Accountant - Part-Time

You will be a crucial part of the accounting team working directly on-site.

1. Handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.
2. Inventory management: keeping track of stock levels, preparing purchase requests for the supplies that are needed.
3. Executing cash flow management and forecasting to maintain the financial health of the company.
4. Preparing and presenting financial projections and balance sheets.
5. Collaborating closely with our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for year-end closing of the books and tax preparation.
6. Reconciling bank accounts regularly, maintaining transparency within the firm’s finances.
7. Assisting with other accounting projects and administrative duties as needed.
8. Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
9. Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise.
10. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
11. High level of accuracy and efficiency.
12. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
