The right candidate should be able to:
- Work ON-SITE
- 6 months of call center experience required.
- Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Have a HS diploma or GED
work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to a Multi-Client Group, following program guidelines and call center standards.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate answers and guidelines related to the client product.
- Respond to Roadside assistance, stolen vehicules reports and emergency assistance call types.
- Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
- Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Troubleshoot device related issues and submit incident tickets using a web-based system to escalate customer issues as needed.
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English and French.
