Here's what you'd do:-For this role, you will float between SMT, Post Wave and Assembly.-Assemble chassis, racks, and other final assembly hardware, and install finished assemblies or subassemblies in them.-Operate equipment and tools relative to accomplishing assembly, stuffing and prep of prefabricated electronic assemblies and other electro-mechanical components.-Adjust or trim materials or hardware to achieve specified electrical or dimensional characteristics.-Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or sub-assemblies.-Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, welding and fitting on assembly units.-SMT Machine Operators are responsible for the set-up, change over, operation and daily maintenance of complex SMT equipment and all associated tooling.-SMT Machine Operators may also perform SMT Kitting and Assembler/Tester functions (as required) including, but not limited to assembling parts, prepping parts, various assembly testing, soldering, loading/unloading SMT feeders, and part counting/estimating.-Follow instructions on lot travelers, operation instructions, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, sample assemblies, and follow verbal instructions to determine specific duties relative to assembly.Here's what you'll get:Pay: 20 - 27hr.Hours: 1st shiftLength: Temporary to Direct
