• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

• Proven working experience in project management, particularly in the construction sector.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Competency in conflict and crisis management.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.

• Competitive salary range of approximately $120,000 - $140,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
