Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Morristown, NJJob Description: We are hiring a Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Technologist to work across both cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology suites. Responsibilities include scrubbing into procedures, assisting in device deployment, and ensuring accurate procedural documentation.
Education:
- Required:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Associate degree OR completion of an accredited radiographic program.
Certifications & Licensure:
- NJ Radiographic Licensure.
- BLS certification from an approved AHS credentialed American Heart Association program or an accredited BLS program with skill demonstration in basic life support.
- Current Radiography (R) certification with ARRT.
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardio-Vascular Technologist with NJ radiographic licensure.
- Strong technical knowledge of fluoroscopic modalities.
- Experience assisting with interventional procedures and managing complex products.
- Ability to operate power injection devices for contrast media administration.
- Familiarity with EMR documentation and image transfer to Sectra/PACs.
