Tycon Foundry is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Client Relationship Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and check-ins.

Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track client interactions, manage accounts, and generate reports.

Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for leadership and sales teams.

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.

Analyze client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and processes.

Required Skills: Must have experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a similar role.

Strong administrative skills with experience managing schedules, documents, and office operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.

Knowledge of the manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries is a plus.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
