Business Analyst, Sr

We are seeking a Business Analyst, Sr to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Business Analyst, Sr, you will be responsible for conducting complex operational analyses and leading medium to large project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting complex operational analyses to support informed decision making within the business unit
• Leading medium to large project teams
• Reviewing and approving findings to be presented to senior management
• Conducting statistical analyses
• Coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives
• Assisting business unit customers with support analysis and troubleshooting related to the efficient operation of the tax software products
• Supporting system upgrade exercises and testing for tax systems
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal external customers
• Consulting with multiple stakeholders- tax professionals, IT teams, and software vendors
• Assisting the Tax Department personnel with day-to-day operation of tax technology platforms
• Managing multiple tax technology implementation projects using Waterfall or Agile methodology
• Preparing documentation for project end • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated skills in management, project management, and HR administration
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated experience in analytics and troubleshooting
• Ability to design and implement procedures and documentation
• Experience with tax accounting and conducting quality assessments
• Proven ability to manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Exceptional skills in consulting, onboarding, and implementation
• Familiarity with staffing and planning processes
• Ability to conduct and interpret analytics and manage resources effectively
• Experience in HR administration and project management
• Proven skills in consulting, troubleshooting, and implementation
• Knowledge of design principles and experience with onboarding new clients or teams
• Familiarity with tax accounting and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and managing staffing needs
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage conductivity.
