CNC Maintenance Repair Technician 2nd shift
A great client is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Repair Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift, working from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Candidates must have at least three years of documented experience in CNC repair or hold a Journeyman status.
Candidates must be proficient in reading ladder logic circuit diagrams, industrial motor control schematics, and blueprints is essential.

responsibilities:
- Disassemble equipment to assess issues, repair damaged electrical or mechanical components, or replace worn or defective parts, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Possess a basic understanding of PLC logic and machine programming (Mcode/Gcode).
- Adjust equipment to meet specifications and verify effective operation.
- Monitor machine cycle sequences, identify malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs using machine repair and electrical theory.
- Conduct electrical testing procedures.
- Interpret complex schematic diagrams, manuals, and testing protocols.
- Troubleshoot defective printed circuit assembly boards.
- Perform related electrical or mechanical tasks as assigned.
- Identify and report any unusual situations to appropriate supervision.
- Exercise judgment to follow instructions, adhere to routines, and make informed decisions.
Qualificaitons:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Journeymen or three (3) years of documented CNC repair maintenance experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical trade
- Experience with ladder logic circuit diagrams, industrial motor control schematics, and blueprint reading
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
- Must currently reside within 50 miles of the Syracuse facility.
Preferred qualifications:
- Four (4) years or more of documented CNC repair maintenance experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical trade preferred
- Background in machining and electrical equipment
- Two-year degree in electronics with mechanical experience/Military electronics experience.
- Experience with hydraulics
