Staff Accountant

You will also lend your expertise to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review the accuracy of financial records
• Provide comprehensive support for client projects as required
• Play a crucial role in the preparation and filing of taxes
• Engage in regular audits to ensure adherence to legal regulations
• Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as required
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Conduct regular Bank Reconciliations
• Maintain and update the General Ledger
• Prepare and review Journal Entries
• Oversee the Month End Close process
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.

• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar position.
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.
• Competency in conducting Bank Reconciliations is required.
• Experience managing the General Ledger is crucial.
• Ability to accurately prepare and post Journal Entries is a must.
• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures is necessary.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is required.
