Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant

West Knoxville law firm seeking a full-time legal secretary/legal assistant. A minimum of 2-3 years working in a law office in the insurance defense field are required. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, as well as typing/transcription and exceptional proofreading skills are necessary. Successful candidate will be highly organized, prompt, professional, and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a high level of communication/people skills.

Experience with Aderant/Client Profiles software is a plus.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We offer competitive pay, health insurance, paid holidays and vacation/sick leave, and 401k retirement plan upon qualification.
