Restaurant Executive Chef Requirement Expectations:
- 3 years of Restaurant Executive Chef Management Experience
Scratch food experience
Italian scratch fine dining experience is a major plus
Some corporate experience preferred for systems knowledge
Restaurant Executive Chef Daily Expectations:
Daily food quality checks and cleanliness
Scheduling for proper sales volume flow
Customer satisfaction assurance
