In this role, the administrator will continually research new benefits programs, make improvements to existing programs, and supervise and monitor benefits administration.

Responsibilities- Coordinate daily benefits processing
- Craft benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.
- Develop deep knowledge of employee benefits plans and vendors
- Coordinate leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)
- Work closely with and maintain professional communication with accounting department
- Monitor transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration
- Direct enrollments and determine employee eligibility
- Help organization to comply with applicable government regulations
- Ensure employees are aware of their benefit options
- Design administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
- Manage all interactions and negotiations with all our service providers - Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Hands-on experience with data analysis
- 3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience
- Deep knowledge of benefits contract language
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field
