Responsibilities:

Manage and process financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Maintain accuracy in financial documents and records
Produce financial statements and other reports for supervisors and managers
Regularly audit documents to reconcile financial discrepancies
Secure financial information through regular database backups
Maintain historical records by filing documents
Handle tasks related to payroll, billing, and preparing invoices
Utilize accounting software systems, spreadsheets, and databases to perform duties
Ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting functions
Handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally
Utilize skills in ADP
Financial Services, Cl Programming, Concur, ERP
Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, Balance Sheet Account, Sage Intacct
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledge of Cl Programming
Familiarity with Concur
Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Ability to perform Accounting Functions
Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
Auditing skills
Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account
Proficiency in Sage Intacct
