Human Resources (HR) Assistant - Raleigh

We are seeking a proficient Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Asheville, North Carolina. This role provides a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The HR Assistant will play a vital role in overseeing various HR functions including the arrangement of interviews, assistance to recruiters, and upkeep of our HR systems.

• Organize and coordinate the schedule for all interviews, whether they are conducted over the phone, via video conferencing or in-person, ensuring a seamless interview process for all parties involved
• Offer comprehensive support to our recruiters, including managing correspondence, guiding candidates through the recruitment process, and updating hiring managers on candidate status
• Use HRMS and other HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and About Time for various HR functions
• Carry out audits and background checks, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing and resolving any inquiries or issues that may arise
• Keep accurate records of customer credit applications and perform necessary actions based on the account status
• Assist in the cleanup of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring it remains updated and efficient
• Manage various benefit functions, ensuring employees are informed and their needs are met.
• Proficiency in ADP
• Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is essential.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must.
• Experience with Ceridian is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in HRMS is needed.
• Familiarity with About Time is preferred.
• Experience in Auditing is highly beneficial.
• Ability to conduct Background Checks is required.
• Understanding of Benefit Functions is necessary.
• Customer Service skills are essential.
