Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer for a contract position with potential for conversion. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to enhance incentive compensation management, performance reporting, and planning processes.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models and dashboards.Optimize current models and integrate new functionalities for better automation and user experience.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot Anaplan applications.
Stay updated with Anaplan features and enhancements to improve business processes.
Document technical specifications and development processes.
Core Skills & Competencies: Strong experience with Anaplan, including a minimum of 3 implementations.
Proficiency in incentive compensation and revenue models.Capability in stakeholder management and challenging sub-optimal processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualities: Anaplan certification.
Independent self-starter and effective in a fast-paced environment.Passion for creating integrated solutions and improving user experience.
