Full Charge Bookkeeper

One of our clients in Hayward is looking for a contract to permanent placement Full Charge Bookkeeper for a hybrid part time opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer credit records.
• Conducting 3-way matching to verify invoices.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Performing bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
• Preparing the annual budget and monitoring variances.
• Managing payroll taxes and sales tax computations and filings.
• Leveraging QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
• Performing general accounting functions as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Annual Budget preparation
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Knowledge of 3 Way Matching in accounting
• Understanding of Sales Tax regulations
• Familiarity with Payroll Taxes procedures
