The Learning & Talent Development Team is seeking a driven, forward thinking Program Manager with a passion for learning. You will play a pivotal role in the career development of all employees within the organization. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive certification program, leading to the creation of a learning university to support the skills and career development of the entire Engine organization.

This includes overseeing the creation of technical and non-technical certifications, designing the learning university curriculum, identifying scalable mechanisms, implementing systems to track and manage the certification programs, and developing a reporting structure and cadence.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for the certification program and learning university to align with the overall talent development and business objectives of the Engine organization
  • Influence a team of subject matter experts, learning experience designers and program managers to develop high-quality certification content and learning materials
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of both technical and non-technical certification tracks, including assessments, courses, and certification maintenance
  • Establish the infrastructure, mechanisms, and processes to administer the certification program and learning university, including registration, delivery, scoring, and credential management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and stakeholders across Engine to understand skills gaps, learning needs, and career development priorities to inform the certification and learning offerings
  • Analyze program metrics and user feedback to continually improve the certification and learning experiences
  • Champion the value of the program to drive adoption and engagement across the organization- 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technology solutions- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • 5+ years working in a large, complex, or technical organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
