Overview:

Renuity is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Program Manager to oversee and manage key talent acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing talent acquisition programs that align with our company’s strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment program management, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in our hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage talent acquisition programs, including employee referral programs, diversity hiring initiatives, university recruiting, and internship programs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to standardize processes across different regions and business units.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor program performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and the use of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of vendors and tools, negotiating contracts and ensuring they meet the needs of the talent acquisition team.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Present program updates and results to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Technology & Tools:
  • Work with HRIS and IT teams to implement and optimize recruiting technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, and other HR technologies.
  • Ensure the talent acquisition team is effectively utilizing technology to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
  • Conduct regular assessments of current programs and processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a program management or project management role.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing talent acquisition programs across multiple regions or business units.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and demonstrate program success.
  • Certification in HR or project management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, PMP) is a plus.
