Job Description- Project Leadership:
- Serve as the on-site leader, overseeing all construction activities and ensuring projects are executed in compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve seamless execution.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Organize and manage subcontractor activities, material deliveries, and equipment use.
- Quality Control:
- Enforce quality standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure the project meets or exceeds design and construction expectations.
- Address issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project integrity.
- Safety Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular site safety meetings and inspections to promote a culture of safety.
- Communication:
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project managers and leadership teams.
- Budget Oversight:
- Monitor project costs and identify potential savings opportunities without compromising quality.
- Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity.

The Successful Applicant- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction with project experience in healthcare, office, hospitality, multifamily, higher ed, senior living, or industrial sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Certifications: OSHA 30 Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., First Aid/CPR, LEED AP, PMP) are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
