Part Time Accounts Payable Specialist

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in finance? We are seeking an Accounts Payable Processor to join our clients team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining vendor records.

You’ll work closely with the finance team to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help keep our accounts up to date. If you have a knack for numbers and enjoy a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Review and process vendor invoices.
Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
Enter and update invoice information in the accounting system.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records and respond to payment inquiries.
