Program Coordinator (Healthcare) - San Marcos

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of assigned healthcare programs, including schedules, events, and resources.
• Act as a liaison between program stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance, preparing regular reports for leadership.
• Support budgeting efforts and monitor resource allocation to ensure program efficiency.
• Handle program documentation and compliance to align with healthcare industry regulations.
• Communicate with patients, clients, or participants to address concerns and provide excellent service.
• Assist with the implementation of new processes and programs to promote service innovation.
• 2+ years of program coordination experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in CRM or program management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
